How To Make A Reservation

Be prepared to provide us with your name, daytime phone number, date(s) you want to reserve, arrival time, choice of boat, party size, and credit card number. |
|
In order to reserve a boat you, our guest, must agree to the following terms: |
|
| 1) |
You provide your credit card number and expiration date.
|
|
| 2) |
You agree to allow Gilligan's Boats to charge your credit card account 40% of your chosen boat rental amount as a cancellation deposit.
|
|
| 3) |
Your credit card will be charged the cancellation deposit if you cancel within two weeks of your arrival time.
However, Gilligan’s Boats will have that amount available for you as "Rental Credit" until October 17.
|
|
| 4) |
If you do not contact us prior to your scheduled arrival time and you are ABSENT, you will be considered a NO SHOW and you will forfeit your 40% of the amount of your chosen rental balance.
|
|
| 5) |
If you call and cancel your reservation any time between making the reservation and two weeks prior to your arrival time, no charges to your credit card will occur.
There are no refunds due to weather.
|
|
|

Reservation Minimums

Mon. – Fri. – 4 to 8 hr. rate minimum |
Sat. Sun. & holidays – 8 to 10 hr. rate minimum |

How To Rent
|
|
Where: Gilligan's Boats at Patoka Lake Main Entrance. All operators/drivers and passengers must be present prior to boating. |
|
Rules: Thoroughly read operation instructions. This is mandatory for all operators.
|
|
Security Deposit: Bring a credit card. Your signed credit card invoice will stand as your security deposit while you are boating. As leaser, you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any lost or damaged equipment. There is no insurance provided.
|
|
Contract: Provide your name, address, and phone number. Read and sign our rental contract and liability waiver. Rental amount plus tax is due prior to boating. Fuel cost plus tax is due when you are finished.
|
|
Ready to Boat: Gilligan's crew will direct you to Gilligan's Lagoon at South Launching Ramp inside the park.
|
|
Inspection Prior to Boarding: After parking, our crew members will inspect the boat with your operator/driver and give operating instructions. All passengers are requested to stay on shore until the inspection is complete.
|
|
Returning: After boating, please pick up your trash and take it with you. This is a park rule. Remove all personal items from the boat. If you go ashore while boating, please do not track mud or dirt into the boat. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive dirtiness, trash, food, etc. Our crew member will inspect your boat with your operator and send your checklist with you to present at the rental office. You may pay your balance with cash or credit card.

Things To Bring: Towels for drying boat seats and you too, sun block, driver's license, trash bags, and waterproof watch. No grills are allowed, but your pet is!
